Despite having a significant following on their social media account, the client was not seeing the desired levels of engagement, website traffic, or sales. Hence, they approached us seeking marketing services, expressing a desire to move beyond traditional ways for marketing.

After conducting a thorough analysis of the client's Instagram account, our team identified an opportunity to improve post style to better engage their target audience.
We suggested changes like featuring more user-generated content, using consistent branding and messaging, and posting at optimal times for maximum engagement.
To adapt to the audience's preferred social media platforms, we created new creative content and refined some of the client's Facebook posts for use on Instagram.
Additionally, we used paid YouTube advertisements that were customised for specific demographics. This involved creating multiple ad groups and crafting ads that effectively targeted each group's audience.
On a monthly basis, we analyse the performance of YouTube advertising using metrics such as CPV (Cost per View), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and CPC (Cost per Click) to optimise the client's budget.
